The Zoo is open from 9.00am every day of the year, including Christmas and New Year's Day. In March, we close at 5.00pm, and from April-September at 6.00pm.
Spring is in the air! New babies include lovely little Lizzie, our pygmy hippo baby, born in December, a baby meerkat and a litter of four otter kits, born in January and just starting to pop out of their holt and explore their habitat.
The penguins are nesting, and beginning to lay eggs.
